How we earn and how we check
A reader of a gambling website is entitled to two things: to know how its texts are prepared and checked, and to know how it is paid. Texts here are built on game data and editorial proofreading. Money comes from partner links and commercial agreements. It reaches the casino lists a reader sees.
Figures on review pages
On a review page, the key figures of a game come from the game data. None of them is written into the article as text. Our wording sometimes mentions a win multiplier. Any multiplier in the wording is checked against the game data before publication. Two reviews can be compared like for like, since their figures share the same base. A figure describes the game itself. It says nothing about how any one session will go.
The game-data catalogue
Every game figure on this website comes from a catalogue of game data. The source of that catalogue is not named. That limit matters when a reader weighs one game against another. Two figures can be compared with each other, since both come from the same catalogue. Neither can be traced further back than the catalogue itself. It is worth knowing that limit before acting on any figure. A reader looking for a named source will not find one here.
Editorial proofreading
All the materials of this website go through editorial proofreading. An editor reads the wording of each article and guide as part of its preparation. The step covers every piece of material, with none set apart. A reader meets wording that has already had that read. The material on the site is not raw draft. That is the check that stands behind the wording here.
How we are paid
Certain pages link to casinos as partners. Following such a link may earn us a reward. A page may also carry a list of casinos. The contents and the order of such a list are set by commercial agreements. The list may also depend on the country of the reader. A reader should read a casino list as paid placement, not as our ranking of merit. That is the plain shape of payment on this website. It decides the casino lists. It may also bring us a reward when a partner link is followed. A reader who follows a partner link should know a reward may be on our side of it. Bonus terms are set by each casino. We do not set them and we do not guarantee them. A reader who takes a bonus deals with the casino's own terms, not with ours.
